Eugene Chong is a Singaporean Chinese counselling psychologist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience working with youth, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges. His practice focuses on mood and anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, adolescent development, family dynamics, and couples therapy.
Eugene integrates evidence-based and postmodern therapeutic methods, combining approaches such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive-Relational Therapy (CTRT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
