Bio
If you’ve been going back and forth about whether now is the right time to start therapy, that’s okay. You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need to have it all figured out. A lot of the people I work with come to me feeling stuck, anxious, or quietly disconnected, and unsure how to move forward.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, interpersonal relationship patterns, self-doubt, life transitions, and family dynamics. If you’re a person rediscovering who you are outside of roles you’ve carried for years, as a partner, carer, that’s something I understand well. I also support people dealing with communication struggles, stress, and the emotional weight of living between cultures. Ive lived most of my life in the UAE & Canada, and I currently reside in Ireland. Additionally, I support parents of neurodivergent children. And I am biliginual in English and Farsi.

I’m an integrative psychotherapist, which means I offer flexibility in my approach to suit the client's personality, needs and goals. I draw on person-centred therapy, CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and family systems, ACT, IFS ... depending on what resonates for the client. My background spans a BA in Psychology from Canada and an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Ireland. I’m a registered member of APCP.
