Dr. Christina Patitsa is a licensed counseling psychologist, psychotherapist, professor of psychology, and international researcher. She holds an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and has completed PhD studies in Counseling Psychology. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, burnout, relationship difficulties, ADHD, eating disorders, and relational challenges. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology, integrating tools from DBT, mindfulness, tapping, somatic work, and neuroscience-based techniques to support resilience and meaningful personal growth.
