Therapy for teens

Compassionate mental health support for adolescents

Why teen mental health support matters

Adolescence is a time of intense change, emotionally, physically, and socially. Many teens face anxiety, mood shifts, identity questions, or pressure at home or school. Having a therapist for teen therapy offers space to explore feelings, build resilience, and feel more understood. Early support can prevent long-term struggles and help teens grow with confidence.

What we help teens with

Anxiety & stress

Racing thoughts, social worries, or panic can feel overwhelming. Therapy for teens helps break the cycle and develop healthier coping skills.

Depression or low mood

When sadness sticks around, therapy gives teens tools to express what’s going on underneath and start feeling more in control.

School pressure & social issues

From academic burnout to friendship fallouts, our therapists help teens find perspective, balance, and better ways to respond.

Identity, confidence & self-esteem

Whether your teen is questioning their identity or struggling with self-worth, therapy offers support without judgment.

Family conflict or divorce

Big shifts at home can leave teens confused or angry. We help them process change and improve communication.

Trauma or loss

Loss and trauma hit hard at any age. A therapist for teens can help make sense of grief and gently support healing.

Our approach to teen therapy

Therapy sessions are designed to feel safe, relaxed, and built on trust. Teens (typically ages 13–17) are paired with therapists who specialise in adolescent care. We involve parents or guardians for initial consults and periodic check-ins  always with the teen’s comfort in mind. We use a mix of talk therapy, CBT, and creative tools depending on what works best for each teen.

Online therapy for teens & adolescents

Online therapy for adolescents makes it easy to attend sessions after school or from the comfort of home. We use secure, teen-friendly platforms, and sessions can be especially helpful for teens dealing with social anxiety or living in areas without local support. Therapy becomes accessible, private, and flexible on your schedule.

Meet our therapists

Our therapists are trained to connect with teens in an authentic, non-judgmental way. They bring experience, creativity, and cultural sensitivity to every session, making sure your teen feels safe and seen. Some specialise in identity, school stress, trauma, or family conflict. You can browse therapist profiles to find the right fit.

How to get started

The first session is about getting to know each other. Teens can attend alone or with a parent or guardian for the intake process. We’ll talk through what’s going on, what therapy can help with, and how we move forward together.
